How to use Google Drive and How to Save Useful Things

WHAT IS GOOGLE DRIVE?

Google Drive is a storage provided by Google to anyone who owns a Gmail account and it is free. G-drive allows storage of about 15GB of storage space and secures it for you, that is, it provides better security. It can save a variety of information, such as text (document), voice (audio), pictures (pictures) and video (video).

HOW DOES GOOGLE DRIVE WORK?

Most of the smartphones come with it and it is free in it. If you look carefully at the phone, you will see the Drive application as shown in the picture.

If it is not available, then download it, that is, download it from google playstore, it will download it in your phone. When it is opened, these things will be seen;

They are as follows:

  1. Folder
  2. Upload
  3. Scan
  4. Google Docs
  5. Google Sheets
  6. Google Slides

HOW TO SAVE IN GOOGLE DRIVE?

The way to store in google drive is, first you open upload, it will open local storage for you, that is the things in your phone (memory). Once it opens, select the item you want to save. The page containing the saved content will appear.

Then it is saved in the google drive, every time it is needed it can be used. Sometimes when it is uploaded, it shows waiting for WiFi. This happens especially if this is the first time a person starts using google drive.

In some cases, if there is a network (data) problem, it is faced. When it is uploaded, you will see that it is waiting for WiFi, so here is how to do it.

On the top of your phone there are 3 horizontal lines from the left side (options) next to Search in Drive, you will see a field that will open and click on Settings. It will open again, then from there it is written ‘Data Usage’ on the side of the text there is a blue dot (blue) then click.

Google Drive allows the storage of any type of file as we mentioned earlier. A file can be saved regardless of its size if it does not exceed 15GB. Some of its important uses are:

1) Upload: How to upload something on google drive, as I have given an example before.

2) Scan: Google drive allows you to scan important documents, such as reading and save them in the drive, and allows you to use them whenever you need them. As in online registration, there are many cases where graduation documents are required by sending them to the website to apply for a job or scholarship and so on. Scan is very helpful in preventing the risk of fire, water and similar things that can cause damage or loss of documents. If you have google drive you can’t go around with documents in hand.

3) Folder: Folder helps to sort the stored files.

4) The size of the memory storage space can be increased from 15GB to 100GB, 150GB, 200GB and above that but this purchase is done, that is (Drive Upgrade).

We will explain it later.
