Applicant must hold a degree from an authorized institution or university, preferably one that is rated as very good.
Transcripts and graduation certificates need to be verified by the Saudi Embassy
Applicants for masters must be older than 35 and for PhD programs they must be older than 40
Applicant must have a clean record and be of good conduct and behavior. Also, their general health must have a clean record
Applicant must submit two letters of recommendation from previous instructors
Applicants whose first language is not English must submit officially recognized TOEFL or IELTS exam results. There are minimum needed scores for different exams of English language proficiency
